About PolicyBoard

PolicyBoard is an independent job board operated by Third Coast Holdings LLC. It exists for one reason: the jobs that decide how AI gets governed are scattered across dozens of employer career pages, and the people qualified to do them should not have to hunt.

We aggregate AI policy, trust and safety, privacy, and AI legal roles from the labs and companies actually hiring for them. One feed, refreshed daily, no generic job-board noise. Every aggregated listing is labeled as such, links directly to the employer's own application page, and is removed automatically when the role closes. We never sit between you and the job.

Employers can also post directly. Paid posts are clearly labeled as sponsored employer posts and are reviewed by a human before they go live.
