PolicyBoard is an independent job board operated by Third Coast Holdings LLC. By using the site or purchasing a listing, you agree to these terms.

The service

PolicyBoard aggregates AI policy, trust and safety, privacy, and AI legal roles from public employer job boards, and sells sponsored employer postings. Aggregated listings are labeled as such and link directly to the employer's application page. We do not intermediate applications and make no guarantee about the accuracy of employer-published details; always confirm on the employer's site.

Employer postings

Approval criteria. We list roles in AI policy, trust and safety, privacy, and AI legal work at companies actually hiring for them. Every submission is reviewed by a human before it goes live, usually within one business day. We may decline submissions outside our coverage areas, with incomplete information, or that misrepresent the role or employer. If we decline your submission, you owe nothing.

Pricing and billing. A Standard post is $250 and a Featured post is $500, each for a 30-day listing. We invoice only after your post is approved. Payments are not live yet; billing details will be provided with your invoice.

Refunds. Once your post is live, the fee is non-refundable. If your role is filled before the 30 days end, tell us at [email protected] and we will remove the post the same day at no extra charge.

Labeling. Employer posts are clearly labeled as sponsored employer posts, distinct from aggregated listings.

Edits. Email us with changes to your post and we will update it, usually within one business day.

No guarantee of applicants

A listing places your role in front of our audience. We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, or applicants.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, and do not attempt to disrupt the site. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
