PolicyBoard is an independent job board operated by Third Coast Holdings LLC. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Employer form. When you submit a job posting request, we collect the details you provide: company name, work email, job title, location, role type, employment type, salary range, application URL, job description, and tier selection. We use these details only to review your posting request and to contact you about it.
Job alerts. If you sign up for alerts, we collect your email address and use it only to send you the weekly roles digest.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. It is privacy-friendly, sets no cookies for tracking, and does not identify you personally.
How your information is processed
Employer form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which acts as our processor: your form data is transmitted through their service so it reaches our inbox. Job alert signups are managed by Kit, which acts as our email processor for the weekly digest. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Aggregated listings
Role listings aggregated from public employer job boards contain only information the employer published publicly. If you are an employer and want a listing corrected or removed, email us and we will act promptly.
Your rights
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided to us, email [email protected]. We reply within one business day.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note the change here with a new effective date.
